I love how you put a link to the food blog and then a few days later talk about losing weight. That's how i live too......why does losing weight have to be such hard work, when there's such delicious food out there begging to be made and eaten. Your upcoming holiday sounds just fantastic. If you aim to just become fitter between now and then, it may be more manageable and the benefit will be weight loss. I'm with you on the whole Christmas thing too, it's great fun, but a lot of stress is involved to make it special.
