Shellseekers

Even though we live in NSW, we work in the ACT, so last weekend we were lucky enough to have a long weekend. We headed for the NSW south coast, to Potato Point. The skies were overcast but, the weather was still warm enough to avoid rugging up, and the nights were cool enough to make a camp fire seem very welcome. As usual the food was superb and the company exceptional. From our campsite we could see the entire beach so we spent a lot of time relaxing in our chairs, watching our kids play in the sand, sipping a glass of our favourite cooled beverage... champagne anyone? ;-)

These five little girls spent hours (and I do not exaggerate here) hours, looking for shells. Their ages ranged between 11 and 7 and they got on like a house on fire. It was lovely to watch them skipping around together, sharing their shell treasures, and generally being gorgeous little girls. This photo was my favourite, they are all doing their own thing, together. It makes me smile.

Gorgeous layout Joc. Hope you journalled your sentiments somewhere, or are you like me and tend to write more about your layouts on your blog than on the actual layout? Most layouts, I journal on the back, but evenso, my blog has more detail than my layouts and I can't work out why that is.
