Well, I just got back from picking up, ice cream, whipped cream, oreo cookies (and some strawberries and bananas) to go on the ice cream sundaes we're making. Guess which choice I would have made.
Seeing you're on a mission to become a diamond, I'm hoping you took your dog for a walk and then sat on the couch with a low fat hot choc and WW cookie. See - it's all about balance.
